Obama’s Fictional Son Might Get Injured Playing Football While Our Real Sons Die Fighting His Wars

President Obama came out recently and said if he had a son, he probably wouldn’t let that son play football most likely in reference to how violent he thinks the game of football is. Jim Harbaugh, coach of the Superbowl XLVII team the San Francisco 49ers, said that he was happy about Obama’s stance since it would mean “less competition” in the future for his son Jack who is 4 months old. You can watch Harbaugh’s reaction to Obama’s comments in the video below.

In listening to Obama’s comments this week, just in time for Superbowl XLVII, one has to wonder where his priorities lie. Obama talks about having concern for a son he doesn’t have on the one hand, but on the other he allows the sons of many mothers and fathers to go off and get injured or killed or die committing suicide in his undeclared wars. Yes, they are now Obama’s wars, even if President George W. Bush started them, and Obama, the Nobel Peace prize winning President, is taking his war show on the road to Syria and Bali.

U.S. Going to War With Syria?

There are some who believe the U.S. will soon go to war with Syria. In fact, Ron Paul during a speech on the House floor June 19th, 2012, warned us what the U.S. was up to with Syria as seen in the following video.

However like every war since the WWII, this war won’t be declared by Congress. The same goes for U.S. military involvement in Mali and the French forces who are involved there.

Declaring war, which is required by the Constitution in Article 1, Section 8, is one area the American people don’t hold Congress accountable for. Why? Why do we allow our Congress to abandon the Constitution and not declare war in favor of killing our sons and daughters?

Wouldn’t we rather have our sons play football unlike Obama’s fictional son? Would Obama allow his fictional son to be a soldier? I mean, war is violent. His fictional son might get injured or even die!

But who is calling for war with Syria? None other than the same guy Republicans chose to defeat Obama in 2008, John McCain. How did McCain work out for you Republicans in 2008? Why was he elected again to the Senate? To send your kids off to war?

Democrats were promised by Obama to bring our troops home first thing in office. What happened Democrats? How come MSNBC talk show hosts never bring this up? Why do Democrats sit and allow these wars to continue without speaking out? Didn’t the Democrats take power because they didn’t like all of Bush’s war? Is this the “change” Democrats were promised? Now we have trillions more debt and are trying to spread war to more people who will hate us. Maybe Paul Krugman will get his wish of America’s involvment in another war.

Such great economic policy for a Nobel Prize winning economist isn’t it? Kill your sons and daughters so the U.S. economy will improve. Guess what Krugman? Obama is listening! But just don’t let his fictional son play football. It’s too dangerous.

I have reworded Willie Nelson’s song in tribute to Obama’s comments;

Mamas, don’t let your babies grow up to be soldiers
Don’t let ‘em pick guitars and drive them old trucks
Make ‘em be football players and doctors and such

Mamas, don’t let your babies grow up to be soldiers
They may never come home and they’re always alone
Leaving behind someone they love

How do the soldiers feel about fighting these undeclared wars? Soldier suicides outnumber combat deaths in 2012. That about sums it up.

Obama’s priorities are on fictional sons, when they should be directed towards our real sons who die fighting his undeclared wars.

One thing Obama can do. Simply bring our troops home. Let them play football.
